Upon request, the following services are provided...

Technical Support
Our experienced sales staff can provide technical support to customers and distributors via telephone, fax or e-mail.  They can help you with your questions on which product would best suit your needs or the information and/or measurements that are needed to fill your order.  T

 

Quotations
All quotations will be honored for 60 days, unless prior arrangements are made.

 

Measuring
Our experienced personnel can visit your plant (if in the local area) to advise on the proper application and take the measurements for you.

 

Repairs and Service Calls
We provide full support for the products we offer.  If repairs are needed, with prior notification these products can be returned to our factory or, if in our local area, we can arrange for a technician to visit your plant.

 

Installations
For a nominal cost, we can arrange for installation of the equipment we offer.  (in our local area)

 
Seminars and Training
For a nominal cost, we can put on safety training seminars on the proper application and use of the products we offer.  (in our local area).
